Institut Teknologi Maklumat Nusantara NIIT Kuching is a government approved institute of higher learning based in Kuching, Sarawak. Founded in 1999, it offers diploma programs in Information Technology ,Aaccountancy, Business Mmanagement and Secretaryship. Its courses are fully accredited by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) and recognized by the private and public sectors.
Currently, NIT Kuching has developed more programs fully accredited by MQA such as Diploma in Accountancy, Business Management and Secretaryship. Today , over 500 students have graduates from the institute and records show that all the graduates have obtained employment in both the private and public sectors.
IT PROGRAMMER

NIIT has the second largest library of courseware in the world for IT and Management studies. The faculty of IT offers employment-intensive Diplomas in IT and future plans include skills-enhancing courses . The faculty will be a part of the planned in-house Research Cell that would facilitate academic and business research. The Diploma in Information Technology provides students with the necessary skills in administering an organizations ICT system and networks. Students will learn the main components and the technical knowledge of how hardware works and the various networking operating systems in use within a small to medium organization. Upon completion of this program, graduates will be able to work as programmers, IT security executive, network technician, computer operations, network and computer system administrations, network system and data communication analysts.

The NIIT Diploma in Business Management is designed to produce graduates with the technical and conceptual skills necessary to visualize and execute business ideas which are innovative and effective. The program is suitable for those who aspire to manage business operations. It provides an opportunity for the students to acquire knowledge and skills in business studies with an emphasis on critical thinking in management principles and practice.
